INFRASTRUCTURE & HOSTING<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Nexus Pay utilizes commercially recognized cloud infrastructure providers and hosting environments to support the delivery of Services.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Hosting environments may include cloud infrastructure providers such as Microsoft Azure or equivalent enterprise-grade hosting providers.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Data hosting and processing environments may be located within or outside the United Arab Emirates, including regions such as:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>UAE;<\/li>\r\n        <li>Singapore;<\/li>\r\n        <li>United States;<\/li>\r\n        <li>or other operationally appropriate jurisdictions.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n    <p>Hosting providers may maintain internationally recognized compliance and security standards including ISO-related certifications and infrastructure security controls.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2>2. DATA SECURITY MEASURES<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Nexus Pay implements commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect information during storage and transmission.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Security measures may include:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>encrypted communications;<\/li>\r\n        <li>restricted system access;<\/li>\r\n        <li>user authentication controls;<\/li>\r\n        <li>activity logging;<\/li>\r\n        <li>database protections;<\/li>\r\n        <li>secure backup procedures;<\/li>\r\n        <li>monitoring and vulnerability management practices.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n    <p>Sensitive information transmitted between users and the Platform may be protected using industry-standard encrypted communication protocols.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2>3. ACCESS CONTROL<\/h2>\r\n    <h3>3.1 Customer Access Management<\/h3>\r\n    <p>Customers are responsible for:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>managing user permissions;<\/li>\r\n        <li>controlling administrator access;<\/li>\r\n        <li>promptly revoking access for unauthorized or terminated users;<\/li>\r\n        <li>maintaining confidentiality of credentials.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h3>3.2 Internal Access Restrictions<\/h3>\r\n    <p>Access to Customer information within Nexus Pay is restricted to authorized personnel who require such access for operational support, maintenance, customer assistance, security monitoring, or related legitimate business purposes.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Personnel handling sensitive operational information may be subject to confidentiality obligations and internal security procedures.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2>4. SYSTEM MONITORING & BACKUPS<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Nexus Pay may utilize monitoring systems, logging tools, and operational alerts to:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>monitor system availability;<\/li>\r\n        <li>identify technical issues;<\/li>\r\n        <li>detect suspicious activities;<\/li>\r\n        <li>maintain operational continuity.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n    <p>Periodic backups may be maintained for disaster recovery and operational continuity purposes.<\/p>\r\n    \r\n    <div class=\"note-box\">\r\n        While Nexus Pay may maintain operational backups, Customers remain responsible for maintaining independent copies of records required for their own regulatory, payroll, legal, or internal compliance purposes.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <h2>5. INCIDENT RESPONSE<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Nexus Pay maintains internal procedures designed to address suspected security incidents or unauthorized access events.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Where a confirmed incident materially affects Customer information, Nexus Pay may notify affected Customers within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>applicable laws;<\/li>\r\n        <li>regulatory requirements;<\/li>\r\n        <li>law enforcement restrictions;<\/li>\r\n        <li>operational considerations.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n    <p>Nexus Pay may take reasonable remedial measures including:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>investigation;<\/li>\r\n        <li>temporary service restrictions;<\/li>\r\n        <li>credential resets;<\/li>\r\n        <li>security updates;<\/li>\r\n        <li>system isolation measures.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h2>6. VULNERABILITY MANAGEMENT<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Nexus Pay may periodically:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>review system security;<\/li>\r\n        <li>apply software and infrastructure updates;<\/li>\r\n        <li>implement security patches;<\/li>\r\n        <li>assess operational risks;<\/li>\r\n        <li>improve internal security controls.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n    <p>Security measures and operational procedures may evolve over time based on business, technical, operational, or regulatory requirements.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2>7. CUSTOMER SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Customers and authorized users are responsible for:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>safeguarding login credentials;<\/li>\r\n        <li>using secure devices and networks;<\/li>\r\n        <li>maintaining updated antivirus and endpoint protections;<\/li>\r\n        <li>reviewing access permissions regularly;<\/li>\r\n        <li>protecting exported payroll or employee records;<\/li>\r\n        <li>ensuring internal workforce confidentiality controls.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n    <p>Nexus Pay shall not be responsible for security incidents resulting from:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>Customer negligence;<\/li>\r\n        <li>credential sharing;<\/li>\r\n        <li>compromised user devices;<\/li>\r\n        <li>unauthorized third-party access;<\/li>\r\n        <li>insecure Customer configurations.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h2>8. LIMITATION OF SECURITY GUARANTEES<\/h2>\r\n    <p>While Nexus Pay implements commercially reasonable security measures, no electronic platform, cloud infrastructure, or internet-based transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Accordingly, Nexus Pay does not guarantee:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n        <li>uninterrupted availability;<\/li>\r\n        <li>absolute protection from cyber threats;<\/li>\r\n        <li>prevention of all unauthorized access attempts;<\/li>\r\n        <li>immunity from evolving security vulnerabilities or external attacks.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h2>9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES<\/h2>\r\n    <p>The Services may rely on third-party infrastructure providers, communication providers, hosting environments, integrations, or external service partners.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Nexus Pay is not responsible for security practices or operational interruptions caused solely by third-party systems outside its direct operational control.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2>10.
